At Triton Group, it’s our belief that the key to securing confidence is within our own workforce. As Zig Ziglar said, “you don’t build a business – you build people – and then people build your business.”
We’re committed to rigorous company policies that make sure every staff member understands what we expect from them – and what they can expect from us as an employer.
A fresh approach to HR
We take a fresh approach to human resources. We understand the importance of taking care of our own people, and also the positive effect this has on taking care of our clients.
Meet Katharine Coutts, Triton Group HR Manager
Education: Masters in Human Resource Management and CIPD level 7.
In my first week as HR Manager, I was asked by the Group Commercial Director Lauren Paver, ‘’What’s your goal with HR?’’
My answer was, I believe there’s a lot more to HR than simply supporting the lifecycle of an employee. It’s about nurturing and developing an individual’s capabilities and getting the most out of everyone’s unique talents.
Triton Group recognises that a positive HR culture builds value across the business for our clients. Happier employees are more motivated and less likely to leave.
One of our Triton Group values is that we care for people. Since starting with Triton Group, I am proud of my implementation of the Westfield Health benefits scheme. Available to all employees, from management to security guards, this benefit scheme shows our staff that we care about their wellbeing.
Our HR team is building towards greater Inclusivity and Transparency for Triton Group. We recently introduced Employee of the Month, which has proved really popular. We also encourage feedback from all our employees about their experiences in the Triton Group.
Triton Group is dedicated to supporting every employee and helping them to thrive. Want to know more? Get in touch.
