Richard Davis has been a Director of Triton Risk Management since September 2018. Richard’s key responsibilities are the financial performance, strategy, growth and governance of the business, alongside the management of its people and the quality of the services provided to customers. Richard has a background in managing risks for multi-billion-pound major projects across industries including oil, gas and petrochemical, mining, transportation and other critical national infrastructure.
Richard has extensive business leadership and management experience in the UK and Internationally. Richard began his career as a technical safety and risk management in the Middle East and Europe before progressing into more senior leadership roles, following which he has successfully grown sustainable businesses in the high-risk private safety, security and emergency response sectors, holding accountability for strategy, growth, operations and P&L performance.
Jonathan Davies has been a Director of Triton Risk Management since September 2018. Jonathan’s key responsibilities focus on ensuring our operations are conducted to the highest levels of professional standards consistently, driving operational improvements to improve business performance and ensuring that operational management and governance are class leading, accurate and timely.
Jonathan has held senior positions over the last 30 years of specialist practice delivering bespoke solutions to mining, chemical and energy production facilities. He has been responsible for optimisation, compliance, change management and business development for emergency response businesses for a number of years.
