We know the value of protecting and nurturing the wellbeing of our employees.

Triton Group staff receive a package of benefits designed to take care of their health and wellbeing. Every staff member has access to a Westfield Health Employee Assistance Programme which includes support for their mental health through cognitive behavioural therapy. And we have trained workplace mental health first aiders who are available to support every member of our team.

Our partnership with Westfield Health also supports our employees’ physical health by providing help with dental and optician’s costs.

Furthermore, staff across the Group take part in Movember, which raises money to support the charity in changing the face of men’s health.
