Employee of the Month

At Triton Group, we believe hard work should always be rewarded.

The feel-good factor is important for employees. As is the need for an employer to make their business a great place to work. For us, part of nurturing these outcomes is giving something back to those who go over and above in their job roles.

Since launch, our Employee of the Month scheme has proved very popular across the Group, with nominations being made by clients, colleagues and line managers. This scheme is open to everyone, including security officers working on site across the UK.

As well as individual Group company winners, management also give recognition to an overall Group Employee of the Month.
