An important part of feeling valued is knowing where you fit into an organisation, as well as where you could go within it. We provide clear progression paths for each employee and always look to promote from within before bringing in new recruits. Progression plans are developed by line managers in partnership with staff, so they know how to develop within their role and move onto the next step in their career.

These long-term plans are supported by an Employee of the Month scheme which provides regular rewards for people who go above and beyond in their roles.

As well as this, we give all Triton Group staff a package of benefits, provided in partnership with Westfield Health, to take care of their physical and mental wellbeing.
