Lyke Wake Challenge in aid of Yorkshire Air Ambulance

As part of our social value calendar, Triton Group are supporting Yorkshire Air Ambulance.

The Yorkshire Air Ambulance service 5 million people across Yorkshire every year. To operate and maintain 2 helicopters, the Yorkshire Ambulance Service needs to raise £19,000 per day to continue to provide lifesaving assitance.

In March, Triton Group rallied together to raise money and show support to Triton Risk Management Director, Richard Davis, who will be taking on the Lyke Wake Challenge.

This ultra-marathon is 65km and travels across the North Yorkshire Moors. In order to achieve a target time of <10 hours, Richard will be completing the challenge in May to make the most of the extended daylight and hopefully, better weather!
